Product Authenticity, Care & Warranty Policy

Authentic Merchandise
All products offered through The Cabinet must be supplied through approved commercial relationships.
Where available, relevant authenticity documentation, serial numbers, batch information, and manufacturer materials should remain with the product.
Customers should retain order confirmation details and any supplied warranty documentation.
Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products, especially watches and selected accessories, may include a manufacturer's limited warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and the responsible warrantor will be disclosed when provided by the manufacturer.
We do not automatically promise that every product includes a manufacturer warranty or that any manufacturer provides worldwide service.
If we offer a separate written warranty, its complete terms will be available before purchase.
Any valid statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Normal Wear and Product Care
Normal wear, avoidable misuse, accidental damage, and improper storage are generally not manufacturing defects.
Customers should follow supplied instructions regarding cleaning, maintenance, storage, handling, and use.
For watches, water resistance should not be assumed beyond a verified manufacturer rating. A water-resistant watch is not necessarily suitable for swimming or diving.
For jewelry, chemical exposure, abrasive cleaning, and ordinary friction can affect certain finishes and plating.
For clothing, customers should follow the garment's care label.
Fragrance and Grooming Safety
Fragrances and personal-care products may contain ingredients that cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.
Customers should read ingredient information and warnings before use, follow manufacturer directions, avoid inappropriate contact with eyes or sensitive areas, and discontinue use if an adverse reaction occurs.
Anyone experiencing a serious reaction should seek appropriate medical assistance.
Keep products away from children where instructed. Store flammable fragrances away from ignition sources and excessive heat.
We do not represent ordinary grooming or cosmetic products as medical treatments unless the product is legally authorized and specifically marketed for that purpose.
Safety Notices and Recalls
If we become aware of a relevant product safety recall or other significant safety issue, we will take appropriate action, which may include stopping sales, contacting affected customers, cooperating with suppliers, and providing remedies as required by law.
